Divas With Promise is an organization for young ladies in middle and high school. Our primary focus is the empowerment of young women with the skills needed for success this year and beyond.

Provide an opportunity to aquire greater knowledge and appreciation for community through active participation in social, educational, cultural, and recreational activities.

Caroline County Dental Health Program
The Dental Program provides dental health services for children in Kindergarten through the Twelfth grade.

Caroline's Promise is proud to offer mini-grants to organizations in Caroline County who are striving to fulfill the 5 Promises in the lives of the youth!
Welcome New Baby Basket
Caroline’s Promise, in partnership with the Caroline Social Services and Virginia Cooperative Extension, sponsors the Welcome New Baby Basket Program to keep your new baby safe!
